In Person Registration
Come on out to Chino Valley Community Center on Saturday April 5th 2025, times to be determined for our first in person registration. Please bring a COPY of your Childs birth certificate for us to keep on file. We will also need a physical on file prior to the first day of practice (July 21st) Registration in April is $225.
