Refund Policy
CVYFAC will gladly refund 100% of registration fees if requested in writing no later than July 1st, 2026. After that time you will be entitled to a refund minus the cost of any custom items. There will be NO refunds given for any reason after the first week of practice. If you sign up during the first week of practice, there will be no refunds given. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
